About the Firm
A South Florida family law practice
Since 2004, DiMaggio Law Offices has served clients with excellence, discipline and integrity in marital and family law.
Our history
DiMaggio Law Offices was established in 2004 by Julie A. DiMaggio, Esq., an attorney admitted to The Florida Bar in 1999 and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The firm has represented spouses, parents and families across Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach counties ever since, with most matters heard in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
The Florida court system can be overwhelming. When important rights are at issue - your children, your home, your income - it is essential to have a dedicated advocate who knows the local bench and the practical realities of family litigation.
Divorce and custody matters are rarely only legal problems. They involve homes, businesses, retirement savings and, most of all, children. Our approach is to reduce the noise: identify what is actually in dispute, resolve what can be resolved, and litigate firmly when that is what protects you.

Why clients choose us
Individualized attention and care
Every case is handled personally, not passed down a production line. You will know who is working on your matter, what the next step is, and why it is being taken.
Amicable first, litigation when needed
Resolving issues by agreement is the most cost-effective route through a divorce, and we pursue it whenever a client wants it. When the other side is unreasonable, we are prepared to try the case.
Ethics, discipline and integrity
The standard the firm was founded on in 2004: candid advice about what the law allows, what a judge is likely to do, and what your case realistically involves.
When faced with the considerable decision to retain counsel, we encourage prospective clients to experience the personal commitment, knowledge and ethics of this office firsthand. There is no substitute for conscientious, well-informed representation.
