Information we may collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include your name, email address, and phone number. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third parties.

Information you provide voluntarily. We collect information you give us when you communicate by email, phone, or our website forms, when you request information or materials, when you sign up for news or events, and when you apply for a position with the Firm. In relation to career information, that may include employment history and qualifications. We collect only the personal information we need to respond to your request or provide the service you asked for.

Information we collect automatically. When you use this website we may automatically record device and log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, general location, and diagnostic information. When we send email, we may collect whether the message was opened or deleted and the action taken on receipt.

Do not track. We do not currently respond to browser "do not track" signals, because there is no accepted standard for how online services should respond to them. If standards develop, we may adopt a policy and describe it here.

Information from third parties. We may receive personal information about you from third parties, including contact and background information and professional experience. If you connect with us through a social network such as LinkedIn or Facebook, we receive information from that network in accordance with your privacy settings there.

How we may use your information

We retain and use personal information for limited purposes: to fulfill or respond to your requests, to answer your questions, to send materials or email alerts you have asked for, and to evaluate a potential representation. We also process personal information to monitor, investigate, prevent, and mitigate prohibited or illegal activity, to enforce our terms and agreements, to combat spam and malware, to improve our security measures, and to verify identity so unauthorized users cannot access information we hold.

We may use contact information for routine communications about our services and relevant legal developments. You may opt out of those emails at any time by following the instructions included in the message. We reserve the right to send administrative or transactional messages about the website without an opt-out option.

Text messages

If you consent on one of our forms, we may contact you by SMS at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of representation. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

With whom we may share your information

DiMaggio Law Offices does not sell consumer personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties except as described here. We reserve the right to disclose visitor information when we have reason to believe disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other visitors, or anyone else who could be harmed, and when we believe the law requires it. We will also disclose your information to a person you have given us consent to disclose to, or as required to complete the services you requested.

Aggregate information

We may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about use of the website, such as how many visitors view a page, how long they stay, and which links they select. We use this to learn which areas of the site are most useful and to improve it. This aggregate data does not personally identify you or any other visitor.
